I have a code to download the software, what do I do with it?
If you haven't created an account with us before, do that here first.
Once you've done that, you'll be taken to the members home page. There is a box that says "Download Code" - enter your code there and click the Register button.
If registration is successful, you'll see the link to download the software and a serial key to register it.
After you've used your download code once, you won't need it again. You can log in anytime to download the software and retrieve your serial key.
How do I reinstall the software on a new computer?
All you need is the email address and password you first signed up with.
If you've forgotten your password, go to the Retrieve Password page, enter your email address, and your password will be emailed to you.
Once you have that, log into your account here.
Inside, you'll see a link to the software on the home page of the members area, as well as your serial key.
Download the software from that link, install the software and run it, and use the serial key when the registration window pops up.
